Breakfast Fiber one cereal-skim millk-strawberries and 1/3 banana
Lunch wheat pita/ham/spinach/tomatoes
Dinner 1/2 Baked potato, 3 oz of lean pork/clementine
Snack slice of pumpernickel with baked turkey

banana and handful of nuts and raisins
