I planned for the movie...ate my apple/peanut butter snack just before I left and was able to skip the drinks and popcorn!

NOW the greatest challenge from Chix I have faced yet. DO THIS AT HOME WITHOUT YOU UNTIL THE FALL SESSION! I am really nervous but also know I have all the tools and all the help I need to make this happen. I will continue to post my food and workouts.

(I grilled enough chicken last nite to last 3 meals so I wouldn't have to cook...squash Amy gave me will be on the grill tonight!
Snack Awesome workout with the Chix. REALLY worked hard...never knew when the camera was on!

I am really looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. My body OFTEN does not show the work I have put in, so if the scale doesn't reflect the journal, I am determined to ignore the distractions.
Comments/Questions? Getting a little nervous about taking the time off next session but am also excited about using what I have learned to with "A LITTLE" less support from you all. I am also counting on this journal and facebook to keep me on track and gain the support I will need to show up in the fall in the same shape I am leaving. I love you all and will be following your progress and encouraging you, cheering for you and I know you will be AWESOME!!!!

Ignoring the distractions...keeping my eye on the prize. I am also remembering this is a journey and each day is a gift. I am trying to change my mind set to "today, I get to try these new dishes", but bombed today because it was too hot to focus. Joe stuck a pizza on the pizza maker outside so we wouldn't heat up the house and I don't think that messed with my "journey" at all. Jenn...missing your posts.

So much fun this morning...Boot Camp workout. Sorry I didn't follow through with my plan to copy Jennifer's food, boring eating today but needed to eat the leftovers because after all these years I am still having a difficult time cooking for 2!!! I am hoping I will be able to focus on a goal because I have decided against the "Rat Race" so I am going to do the Carxrace. I am also hoping I can entice some of my "non-boot camp" friends to participate as well as any Boot Campers that have decided to take a break and not sign up for the 2nd summer session. (Hate to think we didn't break the world record because someone got hurt on the other race!!!!)
