| Snack | Awesome workout with the Chix. REALLY worked hard...never knew when the camera was on! I am really looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. My body OFTEN does not show the work I have put in, so if the scale doesn't reflect the journal, I am determined to ignore the distractions. |
| Comments/Questions? | Getting a little nervous about taking the time off next session but am also excited about using what I have learned to with "A LITTLE" less support from you all.
