Chix Food Journal Lora Strader

Breakfast Yogurt w/ 2 Tbl. granola
Lunch Salad w/ walnuts, apple, greens, chicken and dressing (forgot to ask for dressing on the side so it was kind of loaded w/ it)
Dinner Small bowl of spaghetti w/ 2 meatballs
Snack 4 small cinnamon raisin bagel chips
3 large strawberries w/ cool whip dip

*love the chocolate cool whip dip in freezer section 2 Tbl. is 25 calories!!
