Comments/Questions? Had 2 breakfast meals today! Tried a new yoga tape by Bryan Kest...it was really fun but difficult. Some head stands, backbends and one leg stands holding on to the other leg as far up and as close to your body as possible....needless to say I modified the whole time!!!!
