Breakfast 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberry
Lunch Flatout with Grilled Chicken wrapped with a ton of veggies w/spicy mustard
10 pretzels
Dinner Veggie salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
1 cup wheat pasta with 1 cup diced tomatoes cooked with 1tsp olive oil and 2 garlic gloves
Snack 1/2 bagel thin with 1/2 tsp cream cheese

10 grapes with 1/2 cup cottage cheese
