light mayo
Lunch 2 slices 35 cal. bread
2 oz. ham
lettuce
light mayo
3/4 c. 2% cottage cheese
10 baby carrots
Dinner Special K with skim milk and blueberries (and I added a little Raisin Bran to the leftover milk for the "fiber")
Snack 2 cups of popcorn
