Breakfast 1 Kashi waffle
1 tsp. peanut butter
1 large strawberry
small glass milk
Lunch 1/2 banana
1/2 Deli thin w/ chicken breast, tomato and cheese
Dinner Few chips w/ salsa
Baked tilapia
Roasted veggies
1 beer

(only ate half of my meal and brought rest home for tomorrow)
Snack 2 large strawberries
5 pretzels

coffee
water
herbal tea
Comments/Questions? Kicking myself for running or biking this morning, however I will make sure I get it in on Thursday and the weekend. I felt pretty good about eating out tonight--Mexican is one of my favorites but I did alright.
