1 T of almond butter
Lunch snack wrap with grilled chicken and honey mustard
fruit and yogurt parfait
Dinner 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti noodles
2t parmesan cheese
8 oz of skim milk
Snack Morning:
almonds

Afternoon:
1 T almond butter
1 whole grain 3 seed flatbread
Comments/Questions? My food was not the best today. I was really tired, so I felt hungrier to make up for my lack of energy!
