Breakfast 4:30 String Cheese

8:45 Egg White Delight

Lunch Shrimp Salad with onions, peppers and small amount of cheese with Salsa
5 Chips and Salsa
Dinner Pasta with Marinara (way to much)
Salad with V & O
One slice of garlic bread
2 Wheat crackers
aprox 4 bites of fried calamari (Bad)
Snack Cherry Fruit and oat bar

4 cubes of cheese, 10 crackers
1 cup of fruit
Comments/Questions? ??? Calories
Not so good today, but it really could have been WAY worse. Had mother in laws retirement party at U of I Lots of food only had the fruit/cheese/crackers
then dinner out, it was very hard. I do feel I make the correct choices but I just ate way to much of them. But the best part is NO CAKE FOR ME....YEA ME because I LOVE cake. It's all good, its behind me a I am blessed to have another day to do it the right way on Saturday.
