| Comments/Questions? | ??? Calories Not so good today, but it really could have been WAY worse. Had mother in laws retirement party at U of I Lots of food only had the fruit/cheese/crackers then dinner out, it was very hard. I do feel I make the correct choices but I just ate way to much of them. But the best part is NO CAKE FOR ME....YEA ME because I LOVE cake. It's all good, its behind me a I am blessed to have another day to do it the right way on Saturday. |
