Breakfast One egg on english muffin with slice of ham
Lunch Strawberry Fields Salad from Culvers
YUMMY!!!
Greens with strawberries, Grilled Chicken, Walnuts, Blue Cheese crumbles with light raspberry vinegar dressing
Dinner 4 oz center cut pork loin on grill
plate full of steamed broccoli (I'm not kidding it took up the entire dinner plate) my family thinks I am nuts
about 4 bites of baked potato with spoon full of cottage cheese on top
Snack Cherry yogurt fruit and oat bar
Comments/Questions? Aprox 1400
Very hungry the last 2 nights. Thanks Rebekah for the pep talk and listening to me. We all need each other to do this and I know we can. We are strong women and we can do anything we put our minds to. YEA FOR ALL OF US!!!
