| Snack | 1 banana 2 sample size grilled cheese (samples at Trader Joes) |
| Comments/Questions? | Turned down free ice cream products at a Mobil Gas Station in St. Louis ~~ they were changing vendors. I actually had a 230 cal. ice cream sandwich in my hand and then put it back ~~ another "Yay for Me" moment! |
