9:30 am Egg McMuffin no cheese
Lunch Subway veggie salad with grilled chicken ff honey mustard
Dinner Grilled Chicken Sandwich with lettuce. Tomato, Onion and Pickle
Snack 1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch
1/4 cup milk
Comments/Questions? Travel all week, so eating out allot. Trying to make the best choices. Still going strong....We all can do it!!!
