| Breakfast | milk/blueberries/fiber one cereal (I am really loving this...1c. skim milk, 1/4 c frozen berries, 1/4 c fiber cereal. Put cereal in blender and make it a powder, add milk and frozen berries (or whatever) thick shake. It is so good and only 133 calories) |
