Chix Food Journal sharon hood

Breakfast milk/blueberries/fiber one cereal
(I am really loving this...1c. skim milk, 1/4 c frozen berries, 1/4 c fiber cereal. Put cereal in blender and make it a powder, add milk and frozen berries (or whatever) thick shake. It is so good and only 133 calories)
Lunch Melon
cottage cheese
pepper
onion
Dinner beef
sweet potato
Snack melon
apple
peanutbutter
milk/berry/fiber one

total 1272
