1/2 banana
Lunch 11:00
2 thin slices smoked turkey
2 slices of avacado
1 slice of apple
5 pecans

**had one of my snacks about 1.5 hour later
Dinner 7:00
1/3 cup chicken noodle soup (50 calories)
Baked fish
Salad w/ olives, tomatoes, onion w/ 3 tsp. dressing
Snack Small can of V-8

1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 3 marinated olives sliced in it

1 carton low fat yogurt (90 calories) w/ 1/2 banana
Comments/Questions? Walked 2 miles
