Walked 6.1 miles (for half the day I thought I did 8 but clocked it this afternoon and it was only 6.) Felt like 8 though.....like I know what 8 is suppose to feel like!

Dinner Fri and Sun ate clean but Sat had fried chicken and potato salad
Snack Sat. snacked on more fried chicken
Comments/Questions? I went to Belvidere over the weekend, packed my journal and didn't find it until today when I cleaned the car. (I am sure my brother didn't have paper!!!) I stayed with my plan of clean eating and close to the correct calories but added fried chicken and potato salad. The last time I visited I ate choc (M&Ms) and triggered a week of candy eating. They had the cutest caps made from mini. reeces cups with a square of herseys on top and frosting to look like a tassle and I knew they would trigger overeating....I passed and feel like I was very successful. (Even though I missed Sat. and Sun. workouts and had too many calories....I am celebrating my success rather than beating myself up over the rest).

Sorry team 2...."Packing the cooler" today, when it is empty, I am done.
