Another BIG family dinner Sun. but have a plan in place...still small portions, PASS on the chocolate, eat lots of fruit and veg from the "pre dinner" snack tray and use the dessert plate for my dinner plate. (I know we will have cheese and wine and lots of pies and desserts I will have to avoid as well as mac and cheese and noodles that I am passing on this time!)

Comments/Questions? 3 miles this am. I walked 2 and ran one (just at pesotum sign then up and down the bridge....the hill) The run, I think, was in slow motion!!!!

Counted raking the leaves as an arm workout this beautiful fall day!
Finally back on track...still struggling with clean eating but put together my weekly menu and went shopping, my total calories was 1500 and the additional 300 (I am aiming for 1200), were portion size not "off my plan".
