Breakfast pre-workout:
banana
coffee with sugar free french vanilla creamer 1T
after:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1T of Feta cheese
1T green onions
Lunch Subway turkey sub on wheat/no cheese
veggies - lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, jalopenos, green peppers
red-wine vinegar
Baked Lays
water
Dinner chicken kabob 1 stick about 4 pieces of meat
green peppers, onions, mushrooms
Snack midmorning:
apple with 1 1/2T of almond butter

afternoon:
12 almonds
weight watchers cheese stick
Comments/Questions? I was hungry right before supper so it took a lot of will power not to snack! I ate some almonds and string cheese, but I still felt hungry. This is where I will need to change my habit of eating because this time of day is the hardest for me!
