Breakfast Egg McMuffin no cheese
Lunch LOTS of steamed broccoli
2 grilled shrimp skewers
1 bread stick
side salad with ff dressing
Dinner Flat out veggie pizza
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Snack Fruit and yogurt parfait 160 cal

Sports banquet - not so good veggies with 3 crackers 2 small slices of cheese
2 cookies

Not so good today, better tomorrow
