Breakfast 1/2 sandwich thin with smidge of PB (4:30am) 1/4 cup milk

Egg White Delight with 1/2 sandwich thin plain

Lunch ITL Herb Flat Out Pizza with marinara, onion, fresh spinach, mushroom, tomato with 1/3 mozzarella
Dinner 5oz Baked chicken
1/2 cup steamed carrots

Snack Protein shake with 1 cup milk, 1/2 banana, strawberries, pineapple and tbs coconut YUMMY!!
