Chix Food Journal Lora Strader

Breakfast 7:30
2 pieces thin whole wheat toast
1 egg
small glass of milk
Lunch 12:15
Hamburger (no bun) with corn relish and herb salad on top of it
3 sweet potato fries (I REALLY wanted more)

Dinner Red beans and rice
1 slice of thinly cut pepperoni bread
Snack 1 banana

**only got 5 large glasses of water in--I know I need to get in more

*coffee
*cup of herbal tea
Comments/Questions? I felt really good after this morning--still sore, however a good sore! I really was craving carbs today--as you can see I gave in a little to it.
**My goal tomorrow is to really concentrate on cutting some of the processed foods out.
