| Snack | 1 banana **only got 5 large glasses of water in--I know I need to get in more *coffee *cup of herbal tea |
| Comments/Questions? | I felt really good after this morning--still sore, however a good sore! I really was craving carbs today--as you can see I gave in a little to it. **My goal tomorrow is to really concentrate on cutting some of the processed foods out. |
