aspargus soup
Snack Choc. Milk
Comments/Questions? Not enough veg. servings. I had a really good "reason" for the emotional eating, then remembered our quote for the week!
(my reason was nothing more than an excuse!) Plan to do much better on Tues. both on the eating and the mind.
