Breakfast Pre:
weight watchers cheese stick
coffee with sugar free creamer
Post:
1 egg
2egg whites
sprinkle of feta cheese
Lunch 4 oz chicken breast
mushrooms, green peppers and onions
cottage cheese with a few chunks of pineapple
Dinner 2 cups of spaghetti noodles
2t of parmesan cheese
protein shake with 1/2 banana and 5 strawberries
Snack midmorning:
greek strawberry yogurt

afternoon:
12 almonds
weight watchers cheese stick

after 2nd workout:
quaker oats chewy dark chocolate cherry bar
Comments/Questions? bootcamp/rode my bike 10 miles for my training
I was so hungry after my 2nd workout that I ate a little more than I had planned total: 1,508.
