Chix Food Journal Dana Clark

Breakfast 3 Egg white omelet w/fresh mushroom, spinach, green onion, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese with marinara
Lunch 1 cup pasta with 1 clove garlic, 1 fresh tomato, fresh mushrooms cooked with 1/2 tsp EVOO & 1/2tsp real butter
one cheese stick
Dinner 5 oz grilled chicken breast on arnold sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and 1 tsp honey dijon mustard
Snack am snack-1/2 sandwich thin with almond butter (thanks Angie)

Afternoon snack-1 cup vanilla yogurt with 1/2 small banana, strawberries, a few chunks of fresh pineapple and 1 TBS coconut. All mixed up..yummy
Comments/Questions? AM-bootcamp and PM-30 min on treadmill
This is the first time I have posted my food, I feel like all I did today is eat but I think I did well. It has been one week of tracking my food, I know it is working. Yippee for all of us!!!
