| Dinner | 5 oz grilled chicken breast on arnold sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and 1 tsp honey dijon mustard |
| Snack | am snack-1/2 sandwich thin with almond butter (thanks Angie) Afternoon snack-1 cup vanilla yogurt with 1/2 small banana, strawberries, a few chunks of fresh pineapple and 1 TBS coconut. All mixed up..yummy |
