Snack Protein shake

1 cup cereal & milk
Comments/Questions? I made a little better choices yesterday (5/12/2010).

I'm planning on making a major grocery list so I can go grocery shopping on Saturday and plan out my meals for next week. I think this is what it will take in order for me to be successful.
