8 oz glass of skim milk
Lunch salad with green peppers, lettuce, shrimp, cheese
few chips and salsa
Dinner 1/2 Lobster tail - no butter!
baked lays
Snack almonds
1 whole grain 3 seed flat bread
1 T of almond butter
