Breakfast 1/2 English muffin w/ jelly
1/2 banana
Lunch Salad
Medium sized apple
Dinner Cheeseburger (no bun) w/ lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard

6 french fries
Snack 4 cinnamon raisin bagel chips (60 calories)
1 onion ring (don't ask--very strange snack)

coffee
**did not drink as much water as usual plus retaining a little -- fingers are crossed for weigh in tomorrow!
Comments/Questions? I struggled this week, however I know why and what I did wrong so I KNOW next week will be good for me!!
