Breakfast Coffee with sugar free creamer
Toasted Almond Organic granola bar
Lunch salad, shrimp, lettuce, green peppers, cheese
salsa with 12 chips (yes I counted them out..and a few were not even whole chips! :^)
Dinner pork steak (5oz)
green beans with a little olive oil, garlic and slivered almonds
romaine lettuce salad (nothing else, just lettuce and dressing) with light raspberry vinaigrette dressing 2T
Snack greek strawberry yogurt
weight watchers cheese stick
