Lunch Pasta salad (cheese, whole wheat pasta, peppers, mayo, cheese)
Dinner venison
onions/peppers
rice/mushrooms

Comments/Questions? The milkshake after dinner was a really bad choice for me...my calories were where I wanted them to be but I changed my after dinner snack calories for the shake, knowing that sugar and choc. are triggers for me. I will have to be really careful today not to cave in on any sugar snacks...thinking that taking in a little more calories in protien might help...or is it carbs.? Trying the protien and seeing if that is the right choice.
