Dinner Turkey sandwich on deli thin w/ veggies and cheese
Handful of potato chips (I caved into the temptation on this one)
Snack Fiber One bar
12 small frosted mini wheats cereal (80 calories)
coffee
juice
Low fat frap from Starbucks (150 calories)
Comments/Questions? **Starting a new week off tomorrow for me (I figure why wait until Monday) really going to kick it in!!! Thanks for the great workouts this week.
