Breakfast weight watchers cheese stick (before bootcamp)
After bootcamp:
2 whole wheat waffles
sugar Free syrup 1/4 cup
coffee with sugar free creamer
Lunch 1/4 turkey sub
baked lays
Dinner Caribbean Pork Kabob with pineapple (1 stick)
green beans
Protein shake with 1/2 banana and a few strawberries
Snack Midmorning:
12 almonds
cottage cheese with bits of pineapple

Before 2nd workout:
1/2 Arnolds sandwich thin
1t of almond butter
8 oz of skim milk
Comments/Questions? I did not get to eat much lunch today because my students were back early! I ran 2 miles and rode my bike 9 miles so I had to eat a few snacks before my 2nd workout because I was starving!!
