toasted almond organic bar
Lunch Asian salad with chicken breast
1/2 piece of whole grain bread
Dinner 4 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup corn
wilted lettuce salad
Snack 12 almonds
small helping of strawberry shortcake with sugar free cool whip (just a drop)
