1 glass wine
Snack Teddy Grahams
10 small pretzels
4 potato chips
1/2 graham cracker

**herbal tea
Comments/Questions? I think today was my worst day for food intake. I am going to start planning my food the night before and get myself prepared. I am extremely tired tonight which did not help. I definitely want to see some success this week too, so I AM MOTIVATED!!
