1 piece thin wheat toast
coffee, coffee!!
Lunch Noon
Turkey sandwich w/ cheese and lot's of veggies on deli thin bun
Dinner 1/2 cup granola with milk
Red grapes
1 Small piece of Hawaiian pizza

Snack 1 graham cracker
6 pretzels
3 Triscuts w/ cheese
Black olives



**6 glasses of water
**coffee
Comments/Questions? **not a good planning meal day--snacks probably hurt me!
