| Comments/Questions? | Shred 3 2 mile am walk 4 mile pm walk my muffins, waffles, taco salad, fried apples were all homemade (as the rest of my meals) so I am accurate on calories and used spray oil, olive oil, whole grain flour or fiber one mix for the waffles, so feel good about "clean" eating! Great day for meals and exercise! |
