Biggest Loser Bootcamp, and Yoga.
Comments/Questions? Wonderful New Years Eve celebration. My calories were way over my 1500 but I focused on improvement rather than perfection today. I am posting, I am eating healthy breakfasts and lunches. I am working out. And I am still working hard to get dinner and snacks in line. All in all a very successful year.
