Comments/Questions? My "one change" is to drink more water and I did that today.
I also want to walk again. I added 2 mile walk to todays Boot Camp workout but am NOT going to try to do it all and set my goals too high..focus on the water and add a walk if I can. I will add a walk to the off day workout because I know I can do that.
