Lunch Mixed greens w/chicken; Dressing = 1/2 c. of 1% cottage cheese and 1 Tbs. Ken's Honey Mustard Dressing (Yum!)

Dinner Leftover homemade vegetable soup
7 saltines
few bites of chicken breast meat
Snack 1 apple
1 Wasa
3 Chocolate Animal Crackers
1 Reese Mini (and I mean 'mini')
