my day started out so good! Then one tiny cookie and then I was out of control!
Wish I didn't have to post this one.
The plan for tomorrow is extra water and another day of protein overload. Thank you so much Rebekah, for suggesting I try that. At least, when I mess up this bad I have a strategy to get me out of this place and back on track.
