Breakfast ham, egg, and cheese on WW bun and 12 oz SF vanilla latte w/skim milk
Lunch salad w/1/4 cup taco meat, tomato, cheese, avacado, and salsa as dressing
Dinner homemade beef stew (carrots, celery, onion, cabbage, potato, meat, peppers) and a piece of cornbread
Snack protein bar and 120 calories of animal crackers
Comments/Questions? going to try and eat a piece of fruit yet but not really hungry so may not get it down
