Lunch grilled turkey on rye
chips (i'm bad!)

Dinner left over baked chicken and wild/brown rice
big veggie salad
Snack orange
oz walnut/almonds
3 chopped dried apricots
2 bites cake
Comments/Questions? truly enjoyed the workout this morn, even in my "grace". ankle is swollen this eve :-( i will rest it this weekend so i can hit it again Tuesday! going to go drown my woes in some herbal tea :-)
