1/2 Light Multi-grain English Muffin
Lunch Arnolds Sandwich Thin with Laughing Cow Cheese & sliced turkey
1 cucumber tossed with 2 TBSP FF Italian dressing
Pear
Dinner Large Tossed salad with lots of veggies
1/4 cup lean ground beef with taco seasoning
2 TBSP Shredded Cheese
Salsa
Snack pre-bootcamp:
Apple
1/2 cup Fiber One Cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
