Breakfast Arnold sandwich thin with 2 slices of turkey, one egg white and LC cheese 195
Lunch Arnold thin pizza with veggies 255
1 cup steamed broccoli

Dinner Not so good,
6 oz ribeye
1/2 plain baked potato
salad bar with itl dressing (veggies, reg cottage cheese, no lite dressing choices so I went with the most clear)
Snack Grapefruit
Comments/Questions? I am guessing at 1700 cal ????
We went to the Ribeye in champaign for Jim's work christmas party. Not the best place to go, they have no veggies instead of rice or potatos. Only fried shrimp and mushrooms in butter. They would not make any special adjustments. So, I did the best I could.
