| Comments/Questions? | Aprox cal 1408 It is hard to know how many calories in a salad when you eat out???? If I don't loose much this coming Wednesday I am wondering if I need to cut back to 1200 cal. I do know that I HAVE to drink the water, not so good in that area. |
