After -BC 1 C cherrios with skim milk
Lunch tuna, laughing cow cheese (melted), onion & yellow peppers on 1/2 lavash
Dinner Roast beef
wild rice
salad w/drizzle of dressing
3 bites scalloped potatoes
tons of green beans
Snack 3 Miller Lites
Comments/Questions? I did pretty good for going to a wedding. I DID dance, but could feel it from working out Thurs, Fri & Sat.
