Dinner stir fry chicken breast that was marinated in Salsa
rice
Snack cereal/milk
Comments/Questions? Walked 2 miles (well, walked about 1 1/2 miles then ran 1/2)....it was COLD!!!!
Did yoga and Shred 2.
I am still struggling with water and that is so silly...I know it hydrates my skin and makes me look younger, hydrates my brain and makes me think clearer, and washes toxins from my system but telling myself that doesn't seem to help me get it down!
Can't wait to see you all tonight! We are in for another great Boot Camp!!!!!
