Breakfast Egg beater omelet w/ avacado, tomatoes and green peppers and salsa

about 1/2 cup of fruit smoothie w/ lowfat yogurt
Lunch salad w/ ginger dressing
edamame
4 pieces of sushi w/ tuna
couple bites of curry chicken

(surprisingly full w/ this and did not over eat)
Dinner turkey
pear
Snack string cheese
handful of nuts
