Lunch carrots and cheese stick
Dinner planning on broccoli, onoin, chicken stir fry
no rice
Snack banana with almonds (100 cal pack) , dove candy (200cal)
planning on a yogurt and clementine later
Comments/Questions? Did a little over 2 mile run with Vicki felt pretty good! I AM AT WORK STARVING HOWEVER HOPE I CAN STAY STRONG!
