1/2 english muffin w/1 tbl homemade peanut butter
Lunch left over veggies from last night with salsa and few chips
Dinner 2.5 oz of can salmon with peas
big mixed greens & veggie salad
Snack apple
nuts
yogurt & blueberries
Comments/Questions? did 20 min on elliptical (1mile)
25 min on treadmill (2miles)

think i should have had little more protein today... will do better tomorrow
