Lunch 1/2 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup home canned (grown) green beans
med veggie salad
Dinner 4oz roasted chicken
1 cup homemade pasta
parsnip, roasted
1/3 cup cottage cheese
Snack oreo---oops!
celery w/homemade oil free peanut butter
banana
Comments/Questions? had such a wonderful workout today! looking forward to thursday! Never thought I would be a 4am riser and enjoying it :-)
