Chix Food Journal Audrey Jorns

Breakfast Special K cereal, Almond Breeze Milk w/ blueberries
1 slice bacon
Lunch 1/2 cup spanish rice
1/2 cup FF refried beans
1 cup roast pork tenderloin
(these were all leftovers)
Dinner Chili - added a can of black beans along with the rest of the ingredients
french bread slices (2) w/cheese
Snack 1 clementine
2 tbs. reduced fat peanut butter and 2 slices of healthly life whole wheat bread
